Dallas is the face of some of TV’s highest profile factual programmes, including Science of Stupid, Bang Goes the Theory, The Gadget Show, Stargazing Live and the Sky at Night.
As a passionate STEM ambassador, Dallas is involved with many science outreach initiatives, inspiring young minds to think creatively about technology.
In 2017, Dallas received the prestigious Sir Arthur Clarke Award for his work in popularizing space science, history and education to a wide audience. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the British Science Association.

Professor Richard Wiseman - His books have sold over 3 million copies and he regularly appears on the media. Richard also presents keynote talks to organisations across the world, including The Swiss Economic Forum, Google and Amazon.
He holds Britain’s only Professorship in the Public Understanding of Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, is one of the most followed psychologists on Twitter, and the Independent On Sunday chose him as one of the top 100 people who make Britain a better place to live.
Richard is a Member of the Inner Magic Circle, a Director of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and has created psychology-based YouTube videos that have attracted over 500 million views. He also acts as a creative consultant, including work with Derren Brown, The Twilight Zone and the hit television show, Brain Games.

East of England with more than 2,000 Ambassador volunteers in our region. These volunteers offer their time free of charge to schools and youth groups.
STEMPOINT is hosted by MBDA, an engineering company based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and we are grateful to MBDA and all our partner organisations for their support.

We engage young people aged 5 to 18 years in activities designed to encourage their curiosity and build Science Capital.
We also introduce them to people with a STEM background – working with companies, universities and other partner organisations who can provide valuable role models to show the diverse pathways to a STEM career and show that anyone can access these.
